into the college game after nine state championships at Polaski Academy down there at Arkansas,

had a ton of success. Bill Bell check gave him a huge compliment on one of the best high school

coaches. Now college coaches in the country. And I'm really excited to dig down into this. Coach

Kelly, how's it going? That's going good. It's kind of a hurricane of sports, but it's going good.

Yeah, going good. And anytime you take a new job, putting the staff together, go ahead and

implement in your culture, kind of getting the structure of how you want to do everything.

I know you just saved us last Thursday, I believe, but when you took the job, so when we're recording

this, it's not even a weekend, correct me if I'm wrong. But can you talk about just making that

transition? Not only as a head coach to another place, but going from high school to college and

kind of move into a different, I guess you could say, Aira, just how much comes with that?
