But how do we effectively prepare our children to not only survive in a world that seems increasingly hostile to our values but set them up to be the ones who can correct the ship?

Welcome. Welcome to everyone viewing. Today we're going to discuss whether or not you are inappropriately

0:05.8

indoctrinating your children because as we all know, the indoctrination of your children is something

0:10.2

that should be done by the government and probably teachers unions, right? But if you're doing it,

0:14.8

well, that's bad. So we're going to discuss today, and this is based off of Chris from our community chat.

0:22.6

He recommended, we had some other people too, kind of recommend something similar. He's like,

0:25.8

look, why don't you guys do an episode talking about how you can talk to your children,

0:31.6

how you can work with your children, to legitimately understand your worldview, understand

0:49.7

five, ten, fifteen years ago. And people want to make sure their kids are prepared.

0:54.1

And, you know, the obvious

1:03.4

that, but I still want to be involved and I still want to adequately prepare my young children.

1:08.4

I want to prepare my children in middle school and high school. And then I want to also prepare my kids. So when they go off to college of the world or

1:13.5

whatever it is, I can be confident that they least understand what they believe, why they believe

1:18.9

it, and feel confident in their ability to be able to address questions and talk about it

1:23.5

in a way that has a degree of intellectual rigor. And again, that that overall confidence that

1:31.2

what I believe is not just something that mom and dad told me to believe, but it's actually

1:35.0

rooted in something that is true and accurate and has evidence to back it up. So thank you

1:40.7

very much to Chris, because that is what we're going to be talking about today. All of that
