Welcome to Above the Wellness Line. I'm Sean Morgan. I'm here with Stacey Morris. So Stacy, you know, a lot of people just went through the holidays, Christmas, New Year's, a lot of cookies, a lot of eating and feasting and stuff. And now they've got the New Year's resolutions. They're thinking about, you know, I know I'm thinking about diet and exercise goals for the coming year, the health goals and so forth. And cleansing and detoxing some of the stuff, letting go of all the things physical, mental, emotional, spiritual from the last year. So, you know, you work with young living. They've got a whole bunch of different things that help people with detoxing.

Well, we're going to, I have actually kind of four different parts of kind of getting the body prepared for this new change that we have.

I can't tell you how many times start the beginning of the year with resolutions that end up, you know,

Never complete them because of frustration.

And so I'm going to give you a little tip.

Understanding that just jumping into a restrictive diet on the first or the fourth or whatever

Monday you decide that you want to get started isn't necessarily going to set you up for success.

I've done it so many years and just, you know, removing the sugar and everything and, you know, getting on that

restriction diet. So what we're going to do is we're going to talk about cleansing, detoxing,

and then having your body prepared so that you can get some really good restorative sleep so that

whether you want to build muscle or whether you want to do weight loss or whether you just want to have more energy and just feel better in your, you know, your skin, this is going to help you get prepared.

And so I know a lot of different types of people do different cleanses throughout the year.
