Each and every year around U.S. Thanksgiving, we release this important

series of guidance. Why? Because everyone's going to be expected, roughly around this time of the year, to create and

create and then deliver performance reviews for their directs.

So as a reminder and a refresher for the manager tools community where re-re releasing this series of guidance.

So today delivering the performance review.

My guess is that delivering reviews is probably one of, if not the most stress-inducing, anxiety-producing events most managers go through each year.

Yeah, you know, I think they're, and what's sad about it is it's much more stress-inducing for the people

who are receiving it because the managers do it so poorly.
