1:01.3	When you read and study the story of Joseph in Genesis 39, there's a phrase that is very interesting.
1:07.5	It says in verse 2, he was a prosperous man.
1:10.3	It says in verse 3, all that he did,
1:12.7	the Lord made it to prosper in his hand. Again, at the end of the chapter, that which he did,
1:19.0	the Lord made it to prosper. So you have this word prosperity, and it's interesting, that's what we
1:24.4	gravitate towards. That's what we want. That's what we work towards and pray for and desire and we almost associate uh the the person's spirituality with
1:35.1	their prosperity but that's not it in fact please don't miss this the lord was with joseph
1:41.6	when he was prospering and when he was being held in bondage as a prisoner.
1:48.0	So prosperity is not the gauge of spirituality.
1:51.8	Prosperity is the least thing.
1:54.2	It's an external, it's a blessing.
