Good morning. Welcome and happy New Year. I hope that your holiday season was amazing and you are doing things.

You've already begun things that will make 2026 the most focused and optimistic year of your life.

I'm excited to be a part of it. Thank you for joining today. Launch day is January the 5th, the first episode of the new year.

This is part three in a short series. So if you find this

interesting, even if you haven't heard the episodes before it, you can then go back and catch them.

It'll all fit together no matter where you begin. Before we jump in on that, a quick recap,

and then of course the new material for today, just a couple of big picture items. First of all,

this is season eight. I started in January of

2019, that's seven completed years, and I'm excited this year to stick with the program. Lord willing,

you will have a 20-minute episode every Monday morning this year, just like we've been doing for a handful of years.
