Today marks just about one month out from this stink-and-half marathon I've been training for.

Now, you're going, why aren't you a little more excited about it?

Well, you have a little fun, but let's just be honest, this has been a grind.

I'm sharing all kinds of lessons from what I'm learning and running, and I'm going to

share another one today.

But I will tell you, I am not enjoying the actual pounding of the pavement, but I am enjoying

my progress, I'm enjoying my growth, and I will tell you, I get a real nice, tired

high, if you will, after the run.

So there you go.

But I want to talk about two things that I do as a part of my run.

And how you can do these two things on a daily basis, and I would tell you not only,

you can do them, you must do them.

I am imploring you, I am challenging you to do what I do around my runs do it every day,

because if you're serious about pursuing your purpose, everything you were created to

be, maximizing your potential, you will not do it without these two disciplines.
