landscape is actually manipulated and in some cases funded by people who want our countries to unravel, who want us to be at each

other's throats, who want us to self-destruct, who want us to dismantle the institutions

and the international agreements that have kept the peace since the Second World War.

That is the allegation, basically, that the US Department of Justice made when it released information

about an investigation that it had into the way that Russia was funding certain online

commentators and podcasters through pretty shoddly set up shell companies in the United States.
