0:36.9	A very small, wet, and hungry kitten pattered up and down a boardwalk one cold and rainy night.
0:48.9	His fur was so soaked that it dripped water when he moved, and his poor little pink-cushioned paws
0:58.4	splashed more water up from the puddly boards every time he stepped. His tail looked like a wet wisp of fur, and his little round-faced was very sad.
1:18.4	Wow!
1:20.2	said he,
1:21.8	Wow, wow!
1:26.9	He heard somebody coming up the street.
1:30.3	I will follow that gentleman, he thought,
1:34.3	and I will cry so that he will be sorry for me and give me a home.
1:42.3	When this person came nearer, he saw that it was not a gentleman at all, but a lady who could hardly keep from being blown away.
1:54.0	He could not have seen her except that cat's eyes can see in the dark. Wow, said the kitten.
2:03.6	Wow, wow.
2:06.6	Poor little kitty, said a voice above him.
2:11.6	Poor little kitty, but you must not come with me.
2:16.6	Wow! He answered. little kitty, but you must not come with me.
2:24.4	He answered and trotted right along after her.
2:30.3	He was not a kitten who was easily discouraged.
2:38.5	He rubbed up against her foot and made her stop for fear of stepping on him.
2:44.9	Then he felt himself gently lifted up and put aside.
2:51.6	He scrambled back and rubbed against her other foot. And so it was for more than two blocks.
