Summary

UNLOCKED! Terry Davis was a schizophrenic programmer who wrote an operating system to communicate with God. We examine both Temple OS and his turbulent life — which became intertwined with forum culture & the chans. We then interview Jeff Atwood, the co-founder of Stack Overflow and Discourse. He talks to us about building less shitty online communities, why programmers can be pedantic, and how in 1988 he built a "war dialer" to better network with other teens in the "Warez" scene.
