Everybody's mythic to begin with. We all have a mythic life inside of us. We're mythic by nature.

So now I'm back to the idea that the soul wants an outer drama to match its mythic interior.

The nature of humans is to be myth mythic.

And myth, if you think about myth, it's all the great stories of the world.

And when you think about myth, it's every possible story that could ever happen. And so the soul can't help but enter the complications, complexities, and necessities of this world, including incest, including whatever,

anything you can think of, the dead coming back to life,

the living all falling dead,

and then coming back and wars and battles

and things flying, it's everything that could ever happen and

that's what's inside people. So that's what's trying to get out. The soul wants

an outer drama that can match its mythic interior. So we're always drifting towards the

trouble our soul wants us to be in. So the idea is there's gold hidden inside everybody.
