who aren't shitting in the street. Very friendly folks. So I've, you know, I've been inhaling and

must carry with items now? Specifically, what's in your emergency medical kit? When I was in Africa,

I had a pharmacy of antibiotics for the inevitable gastric events,

says Greg.

What's your go to?

Excellent question, Greg, and you're obviously a wise man.

The best thing that I took on the trip was azithromycin, which is a very strong antibiotic,

single dose, basically a nuclear bomb for your gut, kills all the bacteria, the good bacteria, the bad bacteria. It can be quite hazardous

because it obliterates, you know, forget about your microflora, forget about the gut bacteria.
