protections against anti-discrimination laws for religious employers.

Or put more bluntly, if you have sex out of wedlock and we know about it, we can fire

you.

Here's the story.

In 2014, Victoria Crisatello, an art teacher at St. Teresa School in Kennellworth, New

Jersey, was fired after revealing she was pregnant.

She was also unmarried.

This week, the New Jersey Supreme Court dismissed Ms. Crisatello's discrimination lawsuit.

Here to take us through the case and the ruling is Dana D. Philip, a Philippa senior reporter
