Hello, hello. Welcome back to the podcast it's your girl cammy crawford and today

it's just me i have not recorded a solo honestly i can only tell what calendar period i'm in based off of what kind of hair I have. So I haven't done a solo

since I got my bus down at the top of the year. And now you can see we're free. We're back to

the slickback, slickback bun, which has been a topic of discussion on TikTok lately. We'll get into that. But it's been a while.

And I like to do a solo like every three to four episodes. And now we're at like seven or eight.

So I'm actually recording this the week of. So you're going to hear me this week. It's Monday. You're going to hear me on Friday.

So I feel like I can be very topical. I can be very current, very, you know, in the present, in the present day, present moment, which is rare for me because we try to, we try to bank out as many episodes as we can and have as many as we can have just like in our arsenal.

But it doesn't always work out that way.

And I just wanted to, yeah, by myself.

But I also made this decision before I got my period.

know, you know like when it's over, is it really over? No. Sometimes she comes back and pops in and pokes her headed and you're like, bitch, I thought you were, I thought you were gone.

And then she comes back and she reminds you that she never left.

But, yeah, I made the decision to record before I lost all of my will to live, talk, breathe, and exist amongst everyone else.
