Hello, everybody and welcome to another edition of the Knicks Film School Pre-game show.

My name is Andrew Claudio, aka G-M-AMAC. Where am I? Anyway, it is time to

preview another Knicks matchup this time on Saturday night against the Los Angeles Lakers.

What else can I say? It's Nix Lakers. And for the first time in a long time, maybe ever in my lifetime, it is significantly one direction when it comes to the point spread.

The Knicks are nine and a half point favorites.

The Knicks come in on a five-game winning streak at 32 and 16.

And this Lakers team, it's funny, they're 27 and 19, currently a half game out of the four-seated

and a loaded Western conference.

And yet, I have so many questions about how good they actually are.

They will not have Anthony Davis tonight.

LeBron James is probable, but I think there's more of a chance of me playing than him not in this game tonight.

So I can guarantee that you'll see the king at Madison Square Garden on this Saturday.

And of course, we're doing our watch party tonight.

But more on that later, this Lakers team, when you get to the numbers,

their 13th in offensive rating, 21st

and defensive rating, 16th in net rating on the season. However, those numbers can be a little

deceiving because they started off 13 and 12. And over their last 21 games, since December 15th,

they are 14 and 7.

11, they're 14 and 7 over the last 21 games.

And in that stretch, since that 12, 15, a date that I point to, 10th in offense, 8th, and defense, 11th in net rating.

So they are playing a lot better.
