Hello and welcome to another edition of the Nicks Film School pregame show.

My name is Andrew Claudio, aka GMAC, and it's time to preview another Knicks matchup against

a Western Conference opponent during this Western Conference road trip.

This time it's the Phoenix Suns who come in at 13 and 11.

The return of their big three, I guess you should say the debut of their big three,

it just happened with Bradley Beale and Kevin Durant

and Devin Booker sharing the court for the first time on Wednesday night in a loss, I should say,

two little brother over in Brooklyn, although the game was in Phoenix. This Friday night will be

Sean Marion night, so they will be retiring Sean Marion's number, so they'll be pomp and circumstance

in this game. And we'll see if the Knicks can rebound from a pretty embarrassing loss

against the Utah Jazz when they play the Sons on Friday in Phoenix. Uh, joining me in just a little

bit to preview this game will be Aaron Edwards. He is a comedian. He's also a contributor and one of the co-hosts

and one of the voices behind Locked on Sons. And I really think you can enjoy this conversation.

It got pretty confrontational at times. There's some connections between the Knicks and Sons,

whether it be Marquis Stadmire and Mike Dantonone, having made names for themselves in both Phoenix in New York.

There's the Alfred Payton of it all.

We actually found common ground there and the frustrations of rooting for Alfred Baton on your basketball team.

There's the buzzer beater from a couple years ago in which Cam Johnson and Julius Randall got into it.

Julius Randall got ejected and then Cam Johnson hit like seven threes in the fourth quarter,

the last of which was a buzzer beater to give the Sons the win.
