any big takeaways because we debated it we talked about on monday anything from your perspective

that you want to call out that you saw willie lampkin might be my favorite player in the yes i'm i just

love how he plays he's a fight i understand he's 511 i understand he's maybe 280 pounds that guy can

play some football i love watching him play the way he's able to get under defenders, and he's a former high school wrestler, high school wrestling champion, and you can tell when he plays, he was dirtying people all game against the Cowboys. And I'm just like, you know what? I just want to see it in a game, in a real regular season game. I don't care if you put him at Guard Center, line him up at fullback. I just think wherever you put him, he's going to be able to play really well. So my takeaway is I need some more Willie Lampkin in my life. Yeah, we love Willie Lampkin here, dude. That's like the best thing you could have said to start the podcast was to give a little bit of glaze,

as the kids would say, told Willie Lampkin. You know what? Willie Lampkin and I have something

in common, not only the wrestling background, but his trainer and his agency is La Charles Bentley.

And if you know who La Charles Bentley is in the football community now and the role he serves to young

offensive lineman. It's impressive. But if you remember La Charles Bentley as a football player,

he was a face eater, a destroyer of worlds on the line of scrimmage. And any young senator

has the opportunity to work with him is learning from the best. So tip of the cap to LB and tip of the cap to Willie

Lampkin again. Yeah, Charles, he kind of pioneered the, what do we call it? This like space

that's grown huge now, which is like, well, people know O-line masterminds now. They see guys like

Lane Johnson, Creed Humphrey, Trey Smith. They go down to these seminars at the O-Line masterminds.

And, you know, another shout out to Duke Manyweather.

But the guy who founded this whole thing was Charles Bentley and to really specialize offensive line training.

And I would go out to Arizona and it would be nothing but the best offensive linemen and only

offensive linemen in the gym. No reporters in the gym, no other positions, just O-Line getting
