Hey, what's going on? It's the Saturday Down South Podcast. I am Conor O'Gara.

Well, I am so fired up that there are no more Saturdays without football. Like, I don't even care

that the most relevant national game between power five teams, the only game between power five

teams is with two teams with one combined bowl appearance in the last four years, shot out to

Illinois, Nebraska. It feels like we made it though, doesn't it? Yeah, no, it really does. And like,

I feel like I almost felt guilty last season for not enjoying football as much as I usually do.

And the more people I've talked to this year, it's like, this isn't an all-time high. It's like

the opposite of that because it's like, I feel like, you know, stadiums are going to be back full

again. And I feel like last year with just empty Tiger Stadium was so dystopian to me. Now,

I can appreciate it so much more. We talked about it a little bit. It's like last year,

broke a streak of like 20 years for me. I grew up in Baton Rouge. I was like born in Tiger Stadium.

And I just didn't go to a game. I was the first time in, you know, 20 years I hadn't been into a game.

And looking at the schedule this year, it's just like, man, like, I wish I was going to LA, man.
