to get serious about our way.

I think the first and you were mentioned that was when you were planning on it.

And separately, we both just happened to pick the first that we were starting our diets.

And they're a little different, but they're very similar.

I had been watching this guy named Dr. Berg on YouTube, if you look that up, and he does

keto stuff.

And it's kind of intermittent fasting with keto.

And it is a carnivore type of diet where you're doing almost pure more

more pure carnivore kind of diet which you could watch some videos on that as well

whereas keto is a little bit different but it's very similar it's cutting carbs and sugar
