This was quite fun in spite of, or despite, I never know which one are used correctly, but of the PG-13 rating.

Oh my God. I thought we've had these conversations. PG-13 can be great in a movie that is about

creatures because we're still going to get lots of green, purple, black blood. It'll be fine,

everybody. It's really just when we're talking about things like a slasher film with human bodies only. Them were worried about the PG-13. Well, I think also we're just looking at a vocal minority here because, yes, when this was announced PG-13, I mean, though the bloody comments were like, oh, my God. I was very pleased I did not see a use of the term pussy 13, which I just think is. Is that a thing?

Apparently so, but it's progress.

But given the reception and box office numbers of this weekend, I mean, I think that this

might be one of the most liked Predator films ever made.

Yeah.

I mean, okay, here's the thing.

I'm going to recommend this movie.

I'm going to remember this movie. I'm going to remember this movie.

I think that this movie is a blast.

It's falling a little bit under Killer of Killers for me because that movie was just

chef's kiss fucking amazing.

But this is still a really, really good time.

But circling back, like coming in at the top end of the Predator franchise is not really a high, like, bellwether to, like, it's not a high marker to break, is it? I mean, here's the thing. I don't think there's a ton of particularly bad predator films. I just think there's a lot of very mid-Preditor films. Okay. It's not my favorite franchise. And I tend to like it the most when it's involved with the alien films. I mean, well, or maybe it's connections to it, because I mean, I don't particularly like the first Alien versus Predator. I've talked about how I enjoy, but still don't think it's a good movie with Alien versus Predator Requiem. But even the last two Predator films, you know, whether it's 20, I'm sorry, the last,

the last two non-Tractenberg Predator films.

So like, be it 2010's Predator's or 2018's The Predator.

Those didn't do very well box office wise.
