I love having this space because it gives me a chance to talk about stuff that I might not be able to discuss as openly or in long form on the radio show, although I expect

that when I get back to the radio show, that this will be a subject because Speeg's out of spite,

I was trying to explain it to a friend of mine.

Out of spite has not seen the original Predator movie.

And we told him that he should see it because of the cultural references alone

but out of spite he has not seen it but then he's like i think i'm going to go see

predators badlands i'm like come on man there's so much and here's the thing

you can enjoy predators badlands without having seen the franchise.

Just as like, hey, here's a cool action movie in a different place.

But if you want to fully enjoy it, and I am, I will go on the record and say that I am not fully versed

enough to to get all the things that I should have gotten let's put it that way and I have seen

all of the predator movies, including predators,

but also you need to have a really good understanding of the alien franchise.

Truly, if you're going to fully understand this movie.

Like you need to have seen Prometheus to understand this movie.
