Donald Stevens' long-time mayor of Rosemite, Illinois, is a prolific collector of Hummel figurines. It's interesting because when I thought of precious, I thought Precious Moments stalls, which are also figurines, they're very creepy, they have big heads, big eyes, and very sickly smiles.
