Hey, what's going on, guys?

Welcome back to another preaching to the choir.

Happy Sunday to you.

I got a tough talk today.

I personally think you're lying to yourself.

I'm not speaking from a position of authority, by the way.

I have no authority over you.

And technically, what I'm saying out loud, reverberating through this microphone

is not for you. It's for me. I need to hear it. Maybe, just maybe, so do you. One John 18 says,

if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves.

And the truth is not in us. We all are. The alcohol, the social media, the porn, the lying, the cheating, the excuses,

you hear the term, very cliche, we all fall short.

Yep.

But it's more significant than that.

Despite us all being immersed in sin,

it's a lot more deceptive.

Because there's the recognition

and the change that happens when you're immersed in sin

through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

But there's also what I do.

I talk the talk, but a lot of times I don't walk the walk.

And I'm lying to myself.
