Folks, before we get into today's show, I do you want to tell you that today's feedback at

the end of the episode will be from episode number 409 on the mystery of radiation. But first,

in the 1950s, astronomers at Palomar Observatory in California

used a powerful telescope to create the most detailed photographic survey of the sky that had ever

been made. And when these photographs were digitized decades later, researchers found something

strange. In many of the images, there were tiny points

of light that appeared like stars, but they only showed up on a single plate. Some of these

flashes even appeared in clusters of three or nine or more, with some even lined up in a narrow band. And these photographs were taken

before humanity had launched a single satellite. So what could have been reflecting sunlight
