This is Holy Family School of Faith.

Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

We are in Nazareth, overlooking the very place where the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary,

where God invited her to become the mother of her son,

and she said yes be it done unto me according to your

word and the word was made flesh in her woo right here.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

So we're at the home of Mary and Nazareth, where the angel Gabriel brought the invitation

to Mary to become the mother of God, and with her yes, Jesus entrusted himself entirely to her, and the word became flesh here.

As we reflected upon in the last few days, Jesus is our model. He entrusted himself entirely to

marry in the incarnation. He lived an intimate relationship with her throughout his life and he led others to her spiritual motherhood.

From the cross Jesus looked down and said to Mary,

Woman, this is your son, and to John, this is your mother.

John accepted this gift of the motherhood of Mary and took her into everything about himself.

John receives Mary as his mother and gives himself to her as her son.

In Acts Chapter 1, the first Christian community was gathered around Mary in fellowship and prayer,

resulting in the gift of the Holy Spirit and the life of Jesus in their souls.

If we want to live an invitation of Jesus,

then we shouldn't trust or consecrate ourselves entirely to Mary

as he did in the incarnation right here in Nazareth, to belong entirely to

her and depend fully upon her. Our Father who art in heaven, how it would be her name.
