And this is Kelly. We are going to be joined on this paranormal conversation by Vanessa Kayeckles.

She is a podcast host and author. We're going to have some great discussions about prayerful meditation and an experience that she had early on with a shadow man. It's a

fascinating discussion. We actually get into talking about Carl Young and some of his ideas as well.

We think you're really going to enjoy this one. On this paranormal conversation, we are joined by author

and podcast creator and host Vanessa K. Eccles. Vanessa founded Fabled Collective and hosts the

podcast Fabled and Haunted Savannah. Through these podcasts, Vanessa explores mysteries, legends,

myths, and ghosts with her delicate and entrancing storytelling.

And when she isn't hosting those podcasts, she's writing fantasy and mystery books. How are you,

Vanessa? I'm wonderful. How are you? We're good. We're doing well.

We should probably start by telling everybody how we met. We were at this female podcasters convention sitting almost right

next to each other. We were right next to each other. There was an empty seat. You know,

you had that polite, empty seat between us. Kind of like when you're at the movie theater,

you're like, don't sit right next to me, okay? True. It's a full room.

And I don't know.

I guess we just turned and started talking to each other about our podcasts.

It was kind of, this was in this conference, they were really big on, I'm sure you remember this, every single panel they had you come and talk to one another, like the people next

to you, which always made

me feel so uncomfortable because I'm such an introvert.
