As you can see, we have Pastor Ronnie Rogers,

our neighbors to the north up there in Oklahoma.

He's here joining me again today to talk about his newest book, which is called,

I'm going to put it up here up on the screen for you.

If only you would ask praying God's conditional promises.

And so that is going to be the subject of our discussion today.

Pastor Ronnie, thanks for joining us.

Thank you for inviting me. Well, I want to talk about kind of what led you to write this book.

I want to talk about, you know, some of the content of the book, maybe some pushback that you

might get from those who disagree with us sociologically. But before we jump into that, I do want to remind our listeners

to subscribe and like the podcast that helps so much. And I want to especially thank our patrons,

and we appreciate those who support the ministry. So Pastor Ronnie, what is it that kind of led you

to write this book in specific?

A couple of things. One is, and I wasn't even thinking about even writing or preaching a prayer

series, but I was studying foreknowledge and coordination and free will, compatibleism, and I did that

for a few years. But I kept running across

little pieces that I thought were relevant to problematic areas in prayer. So I kept notes of those

and wrote another book. And subsequent to that, I looked into this a little deeper, and I began to realize that I had seen for many, many years, and I had experienced it.
