A miracle is when something happens out of the natural. The natural said I was dead. Who did they call on to change that? They called on Jesus. Even when I went to my primary care doctor two and a half weeks after, he was looking at my charts and he came across a couple of medicines, but he said their names and he was like, yeah, they was really sending you away. The medicines that they were giving me were preparing me for death. For the people that they don't know, tell them what you've experienced. I was on a fast, a seven-day fast. By day three, I'm feeling real weak. I do this all the time. Like, my body's used to fasting, so why do I feel like this? Day seven, I wake up. And man, I just feel like terrible. And then about 60 seconds later, I was like, call ambulance. Really? Yeah, I'm like, I'm like, call ambulance. And I was like, I'm dying. I knew I could feel it. And so when she got there, I gave her all the passwords. We have spent so much time in the hospital over the last 10 years and it's never been I'm going to give you the

passwords because it's like that's just a part of our regular program sickle cell crisis arise at

you know random times and you know we go to the hospital he gets hydration he gets pain management

and we go home so it's like okay you give me the passwords I don't even think I understood at that

moment what was really happening but he was literally settling his affairs. Yeah. Yeah. What were the doctors telling you it was? They didn't know. They didn't know. We had every doctor's team coming there from every department. None of them knew. They couldn't figure it out. This is how I know that Jesus is real. This is how I know. I think they had like a little pin in pack and I had a ventilator so I couldn't talk. I'm writing on the pad. He put I heart you. So I'm kissing him. I'm like, I love you too. And then he was like shaking his head. And I'm like, okay, what? And he was like, bye bye. And I'm like, what are you talking about? And he like, I'm dying. That was the

next thing he wrote. And I just like, snatched the paper out of the notebook. I balled it up,

like, and threw it. And I'm like, you are not dying. I'm like, the doctors have it wrong.

What started as a search for understanding became a journey of transformation.

Every letter that I wrote led me to this day, the day I got married.

November the 22nd, 2025, dear my forever.

Forever is a long time.

That's how long I love you.

Those lyrics echo through every fiber of my soul at the very thought of you.

This journey has culminated with you as both the award and the reward of my pursuit of love.

You are the award, the honor God placed before me, the recognition of growth, healing, and

becoming the man I needed to be.

And you are the reward, the blessing given after endurance, the gift promised to those who refuse to faint.

This isn't just our story.

This is for all of us.
