All right, we have quite a number of prayer requests for

today's episode, so we're going to dive right in. Father, we humble our hearts, we still our hearts

before you, pushing away the anxiety of the day, the rush, the stress, the worry, and we center our

hopes and our focus on you because you are a king.

You are the king of the universe.

You deserve all of our praise and attention.

And you also deserve our requests because requesting from you is an honor.

It is an act of worship that we honor you enough to say, we know you can do something about this when no one else can.

We know you have the power. We know you are do something about this when no one else can. We know you

have the power. We know you are concerned. We know you have the love and compassion. And so,

Lord, we bring these things to you for those reasons. Right now, we lift up a dear hurting sister

who has lost her boyfriend and her best friend about a year ago. And she's really struggling and feeling lost.

She's feeling lonely and she's still very much in a season of grief. Father, we ask that you

will give her your comfort through your Holy Spirit by leading her to a deeper knowledge of your

love. Help her to be able to know you more by reading her Bible and finding friends who can encourage her in your truth.

And Lord, help her as she processes this grief, to see it as you see it, to know that you do all things well and to be able to rest in you.

Father, we ask that you would lead her to a church family, other believers who can help her to find her way now that she's

lost this person who's so important to her. Father, we ask that you will grow her in wisdom

and in humility as she learns to trust you more and more. Father, we lift up Casey to you,
