of prayer, let's remind ourselves who our God is. He is a God who loves us so much that

he sent his only son into the world to be born as a human being, to live a perfect life

to suffer and die for our sake that we can be forgiven and reconciled to God. So let's pray

in faith that that love is the love with which he will hear our request and answer.

Lord God, we come to you in prayer, acknowledging how good you are and how gracious you are

to us. And we want to be your people in faith and in hope and in love and demonstrate

to our prayers and our faith in what you're going to do that you indeed are God. So Lord,

we begin by praying for our sister Dana from the United States, who is asking us to pray for her

regarding what she's terming self-disception. She says there are a lot of behaviors that she

finds herself doing that are self-sabotaging and she needs to be able to address these. She's

looking for clear direction from you, Lord, so that she can obey your path and obey your

instruction in her life. She says she's been suicidal and is praising you for saving her and giving

her hope to put her on the path toward an abundant life with God. So Lord, we just want you to be

in full control of Dana's life. We want to ask you, Lord, to set her free from the bondage that

she's in, whether that's mental or emotional bondage or whether that is a bondage that's coming
