Okay, friends, as we prepare our hearts, let's remember, we are coming to the God of heaven and earth, all-powerful, almighty, in the name of Jesus, his son.

Thank you. powerful, almighty, in the name of Jesus, His Son. Lord Jesus, we want to honor you in our praying today.

We want your blood to cover us.

We want your death to open the way to the Father.

And you tell us in the scripture that is exactly what

has happened. And so we come not by our own merit or worth. We come by yours. We come in your name

asking these requests for our brothers and sisters in Christ. We begin with a request from Jenny, a sister who writes to us

from the United States, who is asking us to pray for her daughter, Leah, who is a young woman

who truly loves you, and she's in kind of a waiting season in her life. She's been injured

and plays a certain sport in her college and she really is just probably

in that place we all get in when we're waiting and and things have not turned out the way

we want Lord.

We pray that you would give Jenny's daughter Leah a great sense of peace at this time.

Give her confidence that you are the one who's in charge of both this injury,

the rehabilitation, and the recovery. Lord, your timing is perfect. I know that those who are caring

for her both medically and her coaches and teammates probably want to see her do well in that regard

as well. So, Lord, we ask that you would help her in this long healing process. May her

faith in your plan grow through this trial and through the things that she learns in it.
