Hello, my friends, and welcome back to another Friday pray together episode.

I am thankful that you are joining me.

I wanted us to put our attention real quickly on Psalm 145 verse number 18.

It says, the Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth.

Now, what does that mean?

Well, first of all, He's going to draw near to us as we call on Him, but that calling needs

to be genuine.

It needs to be according to the truth of Scripture.

And so our prayers need to align with His way of doing things and His will.

And that's our desires we bring a request before Him.

And I thank you if you submitted a prayer request.

We have quite a number today that we're going to be praying about and praying for.

And I ask you if you're listening to join with me as we pray.

Don't just listen to me, but in your heart, come to a place of agreement and join me

in praying for these requests, lifting them to the Father, who is the only one who can

do something about them.

All right, let's go together to the throne of grace in prayer.

Lord, thank you for this privilege of prayer.

Thank you that we know that you draw near to us as we call on you in truth.

And we ask you, Lord, to give us a heart that seeks truth and give us minds that are

able to pray according to your truth, Holy Spirit, empower us to pray.

Give us that function that we need to be able to pray effectively and to pray in a way
