Now what is the greatest tragedy of all? I suppose the greatest tragedy of all would be

to come to your deathbed, being ready to die, and to discover you never live. Because Jesus

said, I've come that you might have life and have it abundantly. There are many people

who are grinding it out, who are enduring, who are existing, but they are not living.

Vaughn, the CEO of Love We're Finding, Carrie today we are in a timely message series for

the next two weeks practicing the presence of God from the Book of Genesis, a study of

the life of Joseph. Now today's message just happens to be the title message of the

series practicing the presence of God. You know, Joseph did not have an easy life. We

can relate to that. We can connect with that. He was sold as a slave by his brothers. I

mean, think about that. Not just sold as a slave by his own siblings, and he was falsely

accused and thrown into prison. However, as we see in Genesis 50-20, when confronted by

his brothers, Joseph said, as for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it unto

good. You know, God allows us to have difficulties in life. He does not cause these things, but

wherever man rules, God will overrule. And if we want faith that triumphs and adversities

of life, then this series is exactly for you. I'm really looking forward to this whole

segment. Well, Carrie, as you well know, we used to have time with Adrian Rogers right

here in this studio to talk with him about these messages. And the questions would come up,

and we would ask him different things about certain messages. And this particular message,

looking at Joseph's circumstances, we asked Dr. Rogers, do you think God was punishing him or
