Episode 626

If you are ready to stop guessing and actually see what is inside the membership before you decide anything, head over to GetMoreLoans.com and just tell the team to walk you around and show you everything, especially how Dialed In works, so you can make an informed decision after you have looked behind the door.

Welcome to Loan Officer Freedom, the #1 podcast in the country for loan officers, hosted by Carl White.

In this episode, Carl shares a simple truth that most loan officers overlook: practice pays. He tells the story of a recent Dialed In session where members celebrated multiple contracts, closings, and refis, and explains why those wins were not the result of motivation, luck, or secret lead sources.

Carl breaks down how consistent roleplay and scripting build real confidence before you ever pick up the phone, so you stop winging conversations and start sounding clear, certain, and professional. He makes the case that the conversations you practice today turn into the paychecks you cash next week.

If you are tired of stumbling through calls and hoping it works out, this episode is a reminder that the basics done at a higher level create extraordinary results.

So every Monday, Jen and Meg over here at the Mortgage Marketing Animals headquarters,

they run a member-only session that they

call Diled In. And I love Diled In. It's every Monday from two to three every week. And it's

0:32.3

very simple. What they do is they do scripting, role play, tightening up the words. And basically what all that results is,

0:41.0

is getting your confidence up before you ever pick up the phone. Because we all know the phones

0:46.2

where the money is and, you know, loan officers and other industries, I guess, spend just incredible

0:51.3

amounts of money all to avoid the number one activity that brings in the most

0:55.5

business which pick up the phone.

0:57.4

And so we don't run away from the phone.

0:59.2

We embrace it because we embrace wealth and freedom for loan officers, and the phone is the key to

1:05.3

making that happen.

So this past Monday, Meg asked a question that I absolutely love. I love it every time she asked this. It's like, hey, how about some wins? Like, what's working? You know, give me some wins that you had. And within minutes on this one quick wins call dialed in where they're doing like role playing. It's kind of the main thing they do is kind of role playing. And Kelly Collins, who's a member of the alliance that myself and Jimmy do,

1:32.1

she said her win was she got six contracts in that day. Six, that day, that's not what she

doing for the rest of the month, just for that day. Paulina Ramos, three closings on Friday. Kim Bogos, one of my favorite people,

1:47.1

blocked two loans that day. This was on a Monday. Christine Smith, another MMA member,

1:53.3

four closings last Friday, two of them were refis. Laura DiStefano, another MMA member,

1:59.5

two contracts over the week and two refis. So a total of four

2:04.3

deals for the week. Tom Snyder, another MMA member, worked an open house, picked up four clients

2:10.2

and put in one offer already. So number one, kudos for all of those people making things happen,

2:16.1

right? And that's a representation of what
