fun, exciting, and tiring week around here. We've been a little bit quiet on the podcast and a

We got, drum roll please, we got an offer on our house this past week so we've

been going back and forth in the negotiations and we are officially in escrow and we're very excited

if you have missed some of our story our house has been on the market for 10 months, 10 months, which has been a really long time. We took it off the market for a couple weeks for Christmas. We relisted it the first week of January, so it's been on the market for about 40 days. Again, and we have had a crazy amount of showings we had um we accepted our

the offer on friday on wednesday and thursday of last week we had five showings just on those two

days like and that was just the middle of the week like the weekends have been crazier so it's been

a lot we've had to be out of the week. Like the weekends have been crazier. So it's been a lot.

We've had to be out of the house so much. It's been crazy, but we've been very thankful for the

activity. And we're officially in escrow. And we're so excited. We're going to close on our house in

March, assuming everything goes smoothly. So we would appreciate your prayers and all of that.

Because, you know, things fall out of escrow sometimes. So we're just really praying that this is it.

And we are going to be traveling around the United States. We're really excited. So in the next

and we're going to do kind of a Q&A on our plans. Our plans are to hit all 50 states.

We're going to be in an RV. Oh my gosh. We're so excited. Okay. So that's going to be the next
