But it's talking about spiritual encouragement for moms. Today is practical

tips for moms. So you might be tuning into this because you're like, Jamie, I need some help.

I need some practical things. How do you juggle everything? What are some tips? But the beginning of this conversation really is that spiritual aspect and what

I shared back in that episode is that we need both sometimes we need more one than more

we need one more than the other but we need spiritual encouragement we need to be encouraging one another. We need to encourage

ourselves to turn back to the Lord, to keep our eyes within motherhood fixed on Christ and

within our day-to-day lives fixed on Christ. But there also can be really practical things we

can do that can help that. And I think they blend together really well. And a lot of

times we tend to separate them. We see our home management as one thing. And we see our Christian life and

relationship with the Lord as something completely separate. But there's, there's some really big

blends, especially when we're feeling overwhelmed

when we're struggling when we're yelling at our kids a lot not that i ever do that um i do um

when our house just feels completely out of control when we when we can't find any time to meet with
