And I'm Antonio Dodge.

So recently, Antonio and I've been going through some of the projects over the past several months and over the past year.

And we've been evaluating, whether they have been successful or have been challenged and not successful.

And we've been just kind of categorizing like

okay that that was great that project went off without a hitch we got that done

man this project didn't happen why why didn't this happen in fact not only didn't not happen. It maybe went on for months, maybe half a year in some cases,

some of the projects we wanted to get done in the past. And so just through casual conversation over the past couple

weeks, we in the conversations

had a little mini model emerge that we've been now using casually we thought

we talked about unpacked on today's show and let you get a glimpse of this little

model and maybe you can help us expand upon it maybe you can use it in your life or

you can think about how you know how it can be tweaked or improved upon. I think this is something we could

crowd source with you listening basically and and this is really not

designed to be able to get things done. So the goal of this little model we came

up with is more a diagnostic tool. It's an understanding

tool almost in post after the fact to go, okay, what was missing here? What were the elements missing? And we kind of did it in that framework where we ask a question,

if a project doesn't happen, what was missing?

And we've determined there's about,

what we can determine right now through conversation is there's five

general elements and we can I'll just list them and then we can unpack that talk

about Antonia but basically we've determined there's there's basically five
