eight hits on this one. But really, what happened here is that he got to put away batters more efficiently than usual. 35% put away rate for Kigavalli and two straight starts. If you're

learning put away rate through this podcast, well, you might know by now that usually we see about 20 to 22%. And all of those starts beforehand where he did not eclipse five strikeouts, Kate Gavali, sub-20% put-away rate. That is really the main difference. Are you effective in two-strike counts? Because here's the thing.. Kofax wasn't like fair or unfair.

It was pretty neutral, right?

I guess that's fair.

And because he put away so many batters efficiently, he didn't allow more hits.
