got the win oh my gosh this is insane entering this game over the last 13 starts

for Quinn Priester it was a two five two E array and a 102 whip. Oh my gosh, that's since May 7th.

And you only had three games above 200 runs and one of them was a third or three-run game.

It's been pretty ridiculous. And in this one, it wasn't the perfection or really the

absolute peak of Priestester's ability.

Against the Dodgers, it was that 10 strikeout game.

And in that one, I saw amazing cutters away with sinkers lining the outside edge against

right handers and the slider being as good as it normally is.

This one was a sinker with a 57% strike rate that was very much down the middle.

The cutter that had a 50% strike rate.

It was not at all the same pitch that it was before.

And the slider that was generally very good still, but not overwhelming.

And it was a lot of Kofax.

It was a lot of Kofax being like, yo, all right.

We're going to allow all these sinkers that

are over the plate and hit into play, fine gloves.

And that has been working.

I'm happy for Quinn, I'm happy for this Vargas rule.
