But we are going to talk about yesterday's games, and boy, oh boy, Hazel Lizardo,

dealing with a lose cannon.

Justin Parris absolutely killed it with this one.

And he went 2.1 innings of 8-ard runs, 9 hits, 2 walks, and 2 strikeouts.

This was right after doing this against the Brewers for 12 earned runs.

And as you've probably heard, his ERAs changed from 25 to 446 across those two starts.

So what happened here against the Js?

Well, first and foremost, the Js are a very good left-handed team,

and I neglected to realize that beforehand, and I should have known.

And I probably should have said, you know what, let's just take one off because it's such a good

and lefty versus a lefty lineup and making sure that everything is okay.

I was like, no, what, that was very strange of a start against the Burrs and it was.

Let's do this again.

And watching this one, good news, velocity is still there.

He's still kind of throwing strikes with the changeup.

I didn't love the foreseamer.

I didn't love the sweeper.

I didn't love that they used sliders a lot. And really, this is a mix of not having the best rhythm that he's had.
