Aaron Ashby, unfortunately, will not be pitching a baseball as he has an oblique strain. He's going to miss a significant amount of time. It's sad. He should have been starting regularly in 2022. And then he got her and he got delayed even more.

And the whole thing is just so frustrating for him. I feel for him a ton. What it does mean is that if

Brandon Woodruff is not ready for opening day, it's a five-man rotation with Kintana in there now as

guess what? The brewer signed Hosey Kintana. It might be a six-man if Woodruff is ready.

It might be like a delay for a week or something like

that. But that's the situation with the Burbers. It doesn't have a deal hall, has a leg up, at least as the

SP7 with Kintana there. And Ashby out. The Rangers have also said that they were going to put

Jacob de Grom at the back of the rotation to start the year just to give him a little bit extra rest.

And it makes sense.

So him down a little bit at the beginning.

And then he should be able to cruise for as long as possible.

I'm very much in on Jacob de Grom.

I think this is going to be one of those seasons where akin to Chris Sale last year, we are going to underdraft Jacob de Grom.

Then again, he's going on like as SP5 right now.

I'm going to have him as SP4 in my next edition.

I know that sounds ridiculous,

but we're going to talk about Gordon Burns a little bit later,

and you'll see why.

Actually, I guess it'll be SP3, 5, 6, 7.

You're just going to have to wait and find out for that edition.
