It's just one of those things that I needed a little bit more of a break.

And I know with the SPFab forecast, I got some feedback after putting it out yesterday. I'm going to do everything I can to put it out as early as

possible on Fridays. So essentially, I record this PlusPitch podcast on Friday. I'm going to add it to

the end of the period that I record. So if you want to get a little preview of the SPFab forecast

But anyway, we got to talk about Daniel Lynch this fourth,

because he won five innings of zero runs yesterday in 6Ks.

Oh my gosh. Just seven whips and 20% CSW I watched all of it yeah he needed he

I believe he had 34 pitch inning and then he had the bases load and the first got out of it

his best attribute is a four seamer that has 16 inches of vert, but everything else on it is pretty

mediocre.

And even that is like slightly above average.

Like I see 17 and I'm like, okay, cool.

16 is like, okay, you need to have other things and he doesn't have that.
