Summary

This week Sam and DJ explore very different sides of the DC Universe, from the peppy comedic take provided by NBC’s new sitcom Powerless, to the broodingly morbid DC animated movie Justice League Dark. On the one hand Powerless has the fantastic Vanessa Hudgens with the always great Alan Tudyk as Bruce Wayne’s bumbling cousin. On the other is Matt Ryan returning as John Constantine and Swamp Thing’s return to animation (which really excites DJ for some reason). Both have a surprising amount of Batman… maybe too much Batman? Is that a thing?
