Now this podcast is coming out on December 1st. Welcome to December. And as we know, Mercury gestation direct and Saturn gestation direct last week. So during that time,

0:30.2	is that it's time to change up my podcast so that it is more adaptable to your busy life. So here's what I'm going to be doing. I'm going to be
