So I've been receiving a lot of requests and conversations we've been having on our free coaching calls over the past two weeks.

And I have to say

the nature of those calls has been of great interest to me. Price changes. You guys are asking

questions that are clearly indicating to us that you guys don't know how to do price changes.

You don't have any scripts. You don't have any techniques. You really have no clue how to,

or essentially lower the price on a seller's house so that you can get it sold. And I understand why. In many

cases, you guys have never had to do price changes. You've always sold in what was an ever

upwardly improving markets. Some of you, this is what's really fascinating, actually, from our

perspective, is you sold during the boom, no price change is needed, then you were smart and you

got into the distress space. You started doing short sales, you started doing REOs, no price change

skills needed there either. And then would you have, all? The market started to improve.

There was not a lot of inventory for sale.

Sellers, houses could even be overpriced in many cases.

And still, you would not have to learn price change scripts because guess why?

The houses would still sell themselves.
