got to be a kid, so I didn't really learn how to just have fun.

And I kind of took it into my adulthood with me.

And as I began to see that Jesus wants us to enjoy our life.

That's why we renamed our TV program to enjoying everyday life.

And sometimes it's something you have to do on purpose.

You might not feel joyful, but you can decide you're going to enjoy your life.

Well, if you were watching yesterday, I started teaching on power thoughts,

just teaching people that you don't have to just think

whatever falls in your head.

You can choose your own thinking.

And so we're talking about different thoughts

that if you meditate on them,

they will really benefit you and make your life a lot better.
