I want to talk about Matt LaFleur's second-down problem, again.

The Packers maybe just don't care about Interior Run defense.

But let's start with the reasons the Packers seem to be falling down in the eyes of the narrative.

And we talked about this the other day, the idea that the narrative is low on the Packers and the reasons for that. And I think some

justifiable reasons for that. But the pushback that I got on social media yesterday about

the outgoing players sheds a lot of light on this discussion.

And I think what has happened is the Packers, who were seen as a contender going into last year,

let's not forget, they were favorites, co-favorits, they were second favorites, third favorites heading into the season.

It was Philly, and after the Micah Parsons trade, it was Green Bay.

That was the hierarchy in the NFC.

And when the Packers were 9, 3, and 1, they were right there with the Seahawks and the Rams

in terms of the NFC odds.
