just got off the bike um a two and a half hour session there with some kind of upper zone two

intensity work there and my biggest concern at the moment is actually managing the humidity of my apartment because

we are, yeah, we're both on the coast here in Portugal.

So when you add in an indoor training session into the mix, it's hard to manage that

I've had a decent couple of weeks since we spoke last of training, definitely feeling the

fitness improving again after that kind of long layoff I had with illness.

i would say just a little bit kind of cautious with a few things my biggest fear each day is having to

injury you might be aware that when you have to sneeze and cough it's excruciating so

I'm doing everything I can to keep the allergies at bay at the moment yeah actually that
