I’m a huge believer that so much of ‘THE GAME’ is mental. Mindset is everything. I’ve shared my thoughts before on this podcast, on my youtube channel, and my blog about one of the most powerful tools in my toolbox to harness positivity in a seemingly tough situation: a daily gratitude practice. Many of you have asked me what that is, how I do it, and how you can start.
As we head into Thanksgiving here in the states, I wanted to dig a little bit deeper and actually walk you through my practice. You can listen in if your curious, or use it to jump start your own. If you’d like to fast forward directly to the guided practice, skip to about 6 minutes in the episode.
