Good. Okay, awesome. All right. Hi, babes. I'm so stoked. I have Crystal Williams here today of the 100 blog and want to be co-host. Do you call it like co-owner, co-host? Yeah, it's so weird. I think about that with my Instagram bio all the time. I'm like, I'm a co-host, but also I'm a co-owner, but also, you know, it's like very weird. I just say co-host, but it is owner because it's more than just a podcast. Yeah, you were, yeah, you're like a conglomerate of the almost 30 nation. So co-host, co-owner of the almost 30 podcast.

Krista, thank you, as I just said, thank you so much for being willing to be in one of my power babe interviews. Oh, I'm so honored. I loved, like, meeting you and just chatting with you.

I can talk to you all day. So I couldn't be, you know, more excited to be a power babe.

I have a conversation with you. Well, and I want to tell you guys too. So Krista and I were on a

panel together. And she was sitting next to me. And I was like, oh, my God. I was like,

it's that hot babe from almost 30. I was like, oh, my gosh, she's sitting next to me.

And I recognize you just from all the things. And it's powerful because, you know, I kind of pride myself on not, like,

we live in L.A. Like, I don't get starstruck except for for from people that really, like, touch me or that I

really connect with. You know what I mean? And it was so funny. Like, when you were sitting next to me,

I was like, I was like, in the most beautiful way, like, so intimidated and so excited that you

were sitting next to me. Oh, my God, that makes me so, it was like good.

It felt so grounded. And I'm the same exact way. Like someone could be like, oh,

Ariana Grande is over there. I'm like, love and respect, but I don't give a fuck. But if it's like

someone bizarre, like rich role or like someone that I truly admire, like even people on the podcast, like people are like, rich role or, like, someone that I truly admire, like, even people on the

podcast, like, people are like, who's your dream guest? I'm like, to be honest, I'm never

inviting my dream guest on the podcast because it would make me too nervous. Like, Surrey, or,

like, Russell Brand, like, people that I, like, admire make me nervous. So I I'm like they would never be on you know what

and that's I think like one of the I think that that's one of the best ways to be it's like because then

it's like you're it has like a root and like a groundingness and like things you actually respect
